Returns/Cancellations in General
At CenterCapsDirect our goal is to make you, the customer, as happy as possible. We do allow for exchanges and returns on all products listed on CenterCapsDirect.com. If you receive a center cap and it is the wrong one you will need to contact us at 1-888-857-9974 within THREE days of
receiving the product. The accessories or center cap must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Credit will be given less all freight charges (both coming and going) and a 25% re-stocking fee. If the item is scratched or is not in re-sellable condition, no money back will be given, and a merchandise credit (minus ALL shipping charges and 25% restocking fee) will be issued. Used center caps are NON returnable, and sold as is with no warranties or refunds. We must receive the center cap within 7 days of customer receiving product for refunds, otherwise store credit will be issued.
If you do not see your center cap on Center Caps Direct .com please click Special Orders and fill out the form for a special order center cap. Please note however, that special order center caps will be exchanged only, no returns on special orders. So, when special ordering a center cap, please make sure to order the correct center cap you need, this includes the wheel size, finish and the correct part number on the back of the cap.
The center caps we have listed on Center Caps Direct .com are in stock, unless it says sold out. In some cases, Center Caps Direct .com will sell some center caps in our store (locally) and may not delete the center cap from Center Caps Direct .com in a timely manner. If you do purchase a center cap and it is unavailable we will refund your money.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable and once ordered cannot be cancelled for any reason nor at any time.
Orders shipped via UPS, Federal Express, Bax Global etc. are charged freight both ways on refused shipments, and will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact CustomWheelsdirect.com shipping Department at 888-857-9974, within three days.
We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The freight company will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to CustomWheelsdirect.com
